Sweet and Tangy Vinaigrette Recipes

Basicly, vinaigrette means salad dressing of oil, wine vinegar, and seasoning. The standard oil-vinegar balance for vinaigrettes is 3 parts oil to 1 part vinegar. But the amount is adaptable according to your taste. You can add more vinegar if you like it sour or more oil if you like your dressing richer. Shortly, you don’t need to use a measuring cup at all just mix the vinegar and oil and flavor with herbs and spices to create your own sweet, spicy and tangy combination.
