When god created the shrimp, he looked at the lobster and said;
‘Behold ye angels, for I created the shrimp! Throughout the ages to come men and women shall access this fruit of the sea easier and when when they devour they cry out my name’
And this has been the story ever since…
You serve ’em with rice, add in to some pasta, dress with some guacamole or heck, drizzle with some olive oil vinigrette, the outcome is always delish! Shrimp not only tastes great, but looks very handsome on any plate as well. To boost up your presentations (Half the pleasure of catering is still from how you serve your food), just throw in a couple of shrimps in there. The pinkish, orangy red color will kick the allure on the dish upwards several notches!
Peel ’em, don’t peel ’em, grill ’em, simmer ’em…
But always make room for shrimp on your boat, trust that shrimp will always keep it afloat!
